Every engagement starts with the workflow being replaced, not the model being used. Model selection comes later, and it changes.

Logs, traces, and evaluation harnesses are first-class deliverables. You should be able to tell us what changed, and why.

We work in small, visible increments. No twelve-week reveals. No big-bang launches that nobody can debug.

Documentation, playbooks, and enough context that your team can maintain and extend what we built after we're gone.
